Come and train at Chokdee Thaiboxing and MMA in York.
Train with two-times Muay Thai World champion, Richard Cadden.
Richard has been regularly competing for the past 12 yrs and is now looking to pass on this wealth of experience to others.
No matter what your experience, from total beginner to experienced fighter, Richard will be able to coach you through your thaiboxing workout.
The classes are regularly attended by guys and girls of all ages, from 14 to 55yrs old, from people wanting to do it for the fitness benefits to the active competitor.
One of the most appealing factors about the classes is that Richard promotes a no-ego policy, and ensures that everyone is treat fairly.
There is a very strong family feel to the group, and we regularly socialise outside of the formal classes.
