The more energy we use the more energy we have'.   It may be a strange concept but think of energy like water; if we leave water in a glass it goes stagnant & stale this is what happens to our energy levels.  We need to use our energy to replace it with fresh energy.

When we get into a routine of exercising & using our energy, our fresh, new energy levels are utilised best through every day & night tasks such as: CONCENTRATION Our mind & brain feels less occupied & able to focus better for longer.

MUSCLE STAMINA Foot, leg, neck & back ache become less & easier to cope with.

APPETITE Not needing as much food through the day & less cravings.

SLEEP PATTERNS Our body needs energy to sleep, the more energy the better nights sleep.
