The cube can be used as a basic seat to a full workout bench & comes complete with bars, alternative grips, inter grated resistance bands & exercise padded mats.  The cube itself has a resistance setting to develop your training plans.  Our most experienced trainers have recommended the cube to their clients who do not have gym memberships as this is a home gym.
