This is done via e-mail and will establish what your goals are and whether they are realistic or not. Consultations are FREE and it gives your trainer the chance to explain what, where, when, why & how to take things to the next stage.

MUAY THAI BOXING WITH CHOKDEE YORK MARTIAL ARTS:
The founder of Chokdee York martial arts is a two times world champion and still competes to this day. Richard Cadden and his trainers are very experienced and highly dedicated in teaching male and females, young and old, also people with no experience and advanced fighters. The stand up combat 'Muay Thai Boxing' can also be coupled with a Mixed Martial Art when using ground fighting techniques. Interactive Folders:
As a valued client you will receive an information folder, if you are a member through the on-line training you will receive this folder via your Personal Login Page.
The folder is for your eyes only as personal information will be collated here. It will consist of information regarding the company, your trainer and you will find useful e-mail addresses for any help you may need. Your folder will be unique and in time will become a very large file; our longest members suggest it is a good idea to have a separate memory stick or key card specifically for your training information. If you prefer not to use computers, our interactive folders and on-going information can be sent to you through the post. Choosing to receive information through the post will incur a small increase in your on-line membership.
Inside your interactive folder:
- Initial consultation file, food and fluid record sheets, exercise past, present and future questionnaire, daily self-analysis sheets and medical history profiles.
- Your first health and fitness programme (Specifically designed for you) will be added to your folder when the information is sent back to us from your consultation. Keep all the information and products to eventually compile your own files and achieve. Looking back to basics is vital to achieve future targets.
- Written and illustrated exercise regimes to follow at home, outdoors or at your local health and fitness centre.
- Nutrition advice & alternative techniques to try for your lifestyle.
Personal Login Page:
Each member will have a unique password and login name. With your login details you will be able to access your unique training page. On 'your page' you will find up-dated programmes, new exercise or nutrition plans, news, information, myths, downloadable content and the answer to any questions you may have asked your trainer.
e-mail Addresses:
You can contact your own personal trainer for any advice at anytime and you can contact the head of personal training if you have concerns about your training. Direct support numbers and addresses will be given to all members upon joining Excel-sports Ltd and Excel-sport on-line personal training.
Up-dated Plans & Programmes:
Depending on the stage and success of each exercise plan, you will receive an up-date to your regime approximately once per week (Check your personal login area).
Our plans will be tailored to suit individual needs and lifestyle commitments; exercising out-doors, gyms or homes. Shake-up programmes may be introduced to shock the body and keep motivation alive.
Nutrition Advice Throughout:
Obviously the food and fluid part of a healthy lifestyle is very important. With daily nutrition information to be collated, your intake will help us understand your needs. Our own archives are constantly being up dated with new and improved eating habits and techniques, we will help to chose the right eating plan for your lifestyle. Remember, 'DIETS DO NOT WORK'. Personal Development Records:
Trainers will collate past programmes and achievements to construct personal development records for each client. Looking back is vital to any health and fitness target, we can understand how far, how much and when you best achieved certain goals. Graphs and charts will be produced from information given to us through your daily self-analysis sheets, these are optional but very interesting and we can learn a lot by looking at time frames of certain subjects, for example: sleep patterns; quality and hours of sleep could give us information regarding your immune system and stress or depression levels.
Latest Information to Hand:
As the health industry constantly changes & adapts, we will keep you up to date via your Personal Login Area...so when we know, you know.
Data Files:
Exercise videos and images with our trainers demonstrating different exercises and movements will be sent through your Personal Login Area, on e-mail or on CD/DVD discs for the best interaction. Web cams can also be used for instant training ideas and for any techniques that need work.

Learning exercise through fun and interaction can develop young people & help them understand the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.
Any person under 16 years of age will receive their own Personal Trainer that will design weekly healthy, fun & effective challenges for them to complete & to feedback.
We will help teach them the importance of living a healthy lifestyle through leading by example & developing their mental, physical & emotional outlook on exercise.
