Terms & Conditions

Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk is/are professional service/s and therefore we expect our clients to respect and understand our prices, payments, disclaimers, terms and conditions. If you are unable to attend a pre-booked 1 to 1 session please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to the trainer in charge or at enquiries@excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk or this session will be lost and no refund will be given. To help us both reach your targets please ensure you follow the programmes and plans as closely as possible.  It would assist your trainer greatly in giving you the best advice if you would complete your nutritional information sheets and general health questionnaires as accurately as possible on a daily basis.   Your medical history profile should be completed to the best of your knowledge. Make sure you read and understand the questions put forward as this covers the guidelines set for the up-to-date Health and Safety Act. All forms and profiles must be signed and dated by you. If we should ever need to contact your doctor for any further information regarding your medical history, please help us by providing your doctors name and address. If at anytime extra information regarding your health or lifestyle alters in any way shape or form.  It is your responsibility to officially inform your trainer and the Excel-sport Ltd by writing or email to enquiries@excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk so that the appropriate steps can be taken. To enable your trainer to give you full, effective advice on your lifestyle and training, please give them as much information as possible when completing your “Past, Present and Future” record sheet, as this is vital when constructing and planning your personal training sessions.  We are fully governed and we do adhere to the Data Protection Act. Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non- transferable right and licence to our website, information packages and other products we offer as long as you follow and adhere to each specific rule and guideline. Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk is for personal use only.  Information provided is not for commercial use and may not be shared with others. Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk shall contain, without limitation, e-mail services, bulletin and message boards, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, calendar and any other up-dated message communication application By paying for and utilizing excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk and the information and advice they give or offer, you acknowledge and agree that you will not in anyway copy information, advice, instructions or logos for personal, commercial or any other media sharing techniques. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood and will follow the terms and conditions, prices and disclaimer of Excel-sport ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk. Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk carries the right to cancel, terminate or suspend all or part of our services with you or your business/companies at anytime.

          Terms and conditions regarding individual payment options:

• £18 special offer applies only to new members only.  New members being not ever a member before.  Any member who cancels their subscription can apply to any special offers again after 12 months from the cancellation date.
• £8.99 per month with a standing order contract.  Members will be expected to sign an individual contract with Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk confirming standing order amount and conditions.  Cancellations to be given 1 month in advance by email to sales@excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk and to your specific bank by yourself.
• £12.99 per month without contract.  Members will be expected to pay 1 month in advance for the training and advice they receive.  Written notices through email from Excel-sport Ltd and excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk will be sent each month stating a reminder of the next payment date and the amount.  Cancellations to be made through email to sales@excelpersonaltrainer.co.uk 1 month prior to cancellation date.
• £99 up-front payment for 12 months training advice.  The full amount must be paid in full and prior to the start of any training advice.  No refunds will be given if the member does not use the service after the first 28 days.  Refund of £89 will be given back to the exact payee within 28 days of payments received if they wish to cancel.  Renewal of the 12 monthly payment will be given in an email reminder.
• 20% off through individual staff discount.  The 20% off staff discount is not available on any special offers.   Depending on who pays for the membership:  In the case of the employee taking sole commitment of payments, this individual will adhere and follow the same terms and conditions as per £99 up-front payment.  In the case of the employer paying the full amount, they will adhere and follow the same terms and conditions as an individual paying £99 up-front payment.  In the circumstance of the employee leaving the company part way through the membership contract, the contract will separate from the company/business and the responsibility will continue with the employee and they will follow and adhere with all terms and conditions as per £99 up-front payment.  In the case of part funding, the company/business has the right to cancel a certain individuals membership after the amount is covered by the employee at any point and reassign a different individual to continue with the contract.  In the case of full payment by the business/company/employer, the said company/business holds full responsibility for each contract and individual.  They have the right to cancel individuals from their membership at anytime and they may also swap individuals at anytime.  The company/business/employer will still adhere and follow the terms and conditions as if they were an individual payee.
• 30% off through group (5 or more) staff discount:  The 30% off staff group discount is not available with any special offers and can only be implemented with 5 or more individuals within any work place.  Payments will be made in full and prior to any commencement of training/advice or offers.  The 30% off group discount follows the same terms, conditions and guidelines of 20% off individual staff discount rules.

All payments and prices can change at any time and we will give our members a minimum of 28 days notice of any changes.
