TYPES |
Today, water comes in all varied
shapes, sizes & flavours: i.e. bottled spring/mineral water
(Sparkling or still, flavoured or original) & filtered water
that comes out of the tap. |
|
DIFFERENCE |
People do say that
they can taste differences between mineral & tap water? The
main factor is water acts as a positive & negative charge for our
body's battery. Mineral water acts as the positive side whilst tap
water acts as the negative side. We do need both to help our body
run effectively so try mixing your water type intake a little, some people
say they can feel the benefits after a couple of weeks. |

IMPORTANT
TIPS
|
- Do not start drinking 2 litres of water straight away everyday, you
will be living in the nearest toilet and therefore only last no longer
than 2 weeks.
- Remember that fruit & vegetables contain fluid also
- Start the first week drinking 1 pint of water everyday for 7 days
(Doesn't sound like a lot, but if your not used to drinking water then
it is plenty). Start the second 7 days drinking 2 pints of water everyday,
third week 3 pints and so on untill you reach approximately 2 litres.
- Remember; if you exercise, you sweat, sweat is water coming out of
your body....replace it through small sips after your workout
